Manage surveys

With proper role permissions, users can Add Survey, Manage Reports, Manage Surveys, Remove Survey, and Update Survey. View Building Survey, View Reports, and View Telecom Room Survey give view only access.

There are two types of surveys: Building surveys and Telecom Room surveys.

To add a new Building survey:

1. Select Surveys > Manage Surveys. The Survey Management page appears.

   

2. Click Add Building Survey. The survey appears.

   

3. Fill out the survey.
4. Click Save.

To add a new Telecom Room survey:

1. Select Surveys > Manage Surveys. The Survey Management page appears.

   

2. Click Add Telecom Room Survey. The survey appears.

   

3. Fill out the survey.
4. Click Save.

To manage an existing survey:

1. Select Surveys > Manage Surveys. The Survey Management page appears.

2. Next to the survey you want, do any of the following:

   To...	Then...
   Manage photos	a.  Click .    b.  Under the section you want, click Add New Photo. A pop-up appears. c.  Select your file, or drag and drop it. d.  Click Save.
   Edit a survey	a.  Click .  The Edit Survey page appears. b.  Make any desired changes. c.  Click Save.
   Delete a survey	a.  Click .  A pop-up appears. b.  Click Yes.
