Admins inside of ML Plan can take a list of Items and Mass Update them.
Mass Updating Items
1. Select Admin Manage Items from the left-side navigation menu.
The Manage Items Page will be displayed.
2. Select two or more items using the checkbox in the right column.
Note: You can only mass update Items if they're associated with the same department. Selecting items in multiple departments will result in an error message.
3. Select the Mass Update button.
The Mass Update Page will be displayed. There is also a note indicating how many items you're updating.
4. Check off the items you would like to update using the checkboxes.
Note: System and Sub-system need to be selected if you want to mass update any Sub-System. If you choose to mass update “System” - only then you do not need to have a corresponding Sub-System selected.
5. Adjust the information you would like to update.
In this case, we are going to mass update the Budget and Building.
6. Press Next
Confirmation will display based on what you're updating.
6. Click Go!
The following items will now display the updated information.
