Admin users can add, update, and delete funding sources that apply to your organization's goals and projects. Each funding source has an amount associated with it, which is reduced as budget items are added. Examples of funding sources include Capital Project referendum amounts, bonds, and grants.
To add a new funding source:

Click Funding Sources. The Funding Source Management page appears.

Click Add Funding Source. The Add New Funding Source page appears.
- Do the following:
a. Enter a Name and Abbreviation.
b. Enter any Rules regarding the funding source, such as what type of items it can be used for.
c. Enter a start and end date.
d. Select a System, Subsystem, and Asset Type.
e. Select all Assigned Department(s) that can use this funding source.
- Click Save.
To manage an existing funding source:
- Click Funding Sources. The Funding Source Management page appears.

Next to the funding source you want, do any of the following:
To... Then... Edit a funding source a. Click
. The Edit Funding Source page appears.
b. Make any desired changes.
c. Click Save.
Delete a funding source
Note: Funding sources can only be deleted if there are no associated budgets. a. Click
. A confirmation appears.
b. Click Yes.
