Administrators inside of MLP have the ability to save and archive a copy of their plan via archiving the department field as a given date. Now you can "Archive" the original plan to record all of the data and not lose the original work. You can then use the current instance of that plan to make any new updates.
Archiving the Department
1. Select Admin Manage Departments from the left-side navigation menu.
2. Select the pencil icon next to the Department you are trying to Archive
3. Check the Archived Checkbox and click Save
The Archived dept will now be in the list of departments along with the date it was archived.
In addition to this, you will notice the name will be changed instead of MasterLibrary CSD it will now be MasterLibrary (7/14/20) indicating this is the updated version. The updated name will appear on the rest of the pages throughout the system.
