As an Admin, you can manage the roles inside of ML Capital Plans. Each role will have its own unique set of permissions. In addition, admins can Add or Edit Roles pertaining to their users.
Editing Existing Users
1. Navigate to Admin > Users to go to the Manage Users page.
2. Select the Edit Icon (). You will be directed to the Manage Users page.
3. Update the user's name, phone, email and password as necessary.
Note: Users are able to update their own profiles.
4. You click the role drop-down to select a specific role.
5. You can choose specific permissions associated with this user as well.
6. Once you have modified the user's role and permissions, click Save.
Activate/Deactivate User
1. Navigate to Admin > Users to go to the Manage Users page.
2. Click the Deactivate Icon ( ) to deactivate the user so they can no longer use the system.
3. Click the Activate Icon ( ) to activate a user that has been deactivated.
Send Welcome Email
1. Navigate to Admin > Users to go to the Manage Users page.
2. Click the "Send Welcome Email" icon ()
3. An indicator will display that an email was sent.

Editing Roles
1. Admin > Roles
2. Select the pencil icon () next to the role you want to Edit.
3. Adjust your Permissions.
4. Select Save at the bottom right of the page.
Deleting Roles
1. Admin > Roles
2. Select the trash can icon ()
3. Click YES to confirm you want to delete the role.
